Booking management for live entertainment
Every booking,
from enquiry to encore.
DJ-CRM runs the working side of a live entertainment business. An enquiry becomes a quote, the quote becomes a signed contract, and every confirmed booking gets a planning portal the client fills in themselves.
In daily use by solo performers, bands and entertainment agencies.
How a booking moves
Watch a booking run itself
The stages below are the states the system actually uses. Nothing waits on someone remembering to chase it. The handovers are automatic.
- 01It arrives
The enquiry form feeds straight into the diary with date, venue and travel.
- 02Priced and sent
The auto-quoter checks availability, travel and package pricing, and the client accepts online.
- 03Awaiting contract
Generated from the booking, signed in the browser, stored against the record.
- 04Awaiting deposit
Signed and waiting on the booking fee, with the invoice raised automatically.
- 05Confirmed
The date blocks out everywhere and the client plans the night through the portal.
- 06Completed
The night has played. The booking marks itself complete the morning after, without anyone touching it.
Inside the console
Have a look around
Real screens from a working diary. It is a demo business, so the couples are fictional and the venues are not.
Client portal
The client does their own planning
Every confirmed booking gets a private link. The client signs, pays, and works through the details in their own time, under the performer's branding, not ours.
iPhone and iPad
The diary in your pocket
Native apps for the working week: today's calls, the next event, and every booking's detail on the way to the gig.

Who it's for
One system, several shapes of business
DJs and magicians running their own diary, billing and client planning end to end.
Line-ups assigned per gig, with the members playing shown on the booking itself.
A roster of performers, fees tracked per person, and the agency's own branding on everything the client sees.
One enquiry covering more than one act, quoted together and booked together.
Google data
How DJ-CRM uses your Google account
Connecting a Google account is optional. When a performer connects one, DJ-CRM requests only the access needed for the features below, and only ever touches that performer's own calendar and mail.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
Writes bookings to the performer's chosen Google Calendar and keeps them updated when a booking moves or is cancelled, so availability is correct in DJ-CRM and on their own devices.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
Sends quotes, contracts, confirmations and reminders from the performer's own address, so clients recognise the sender rather than receiving mail from a generic system address.
DJ-CRM does not sell or transfer Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in the privacy policy. DJ-CRM is not open to public sign-up. Accounts are created for the performers and staff of the businesses that use it.
DJ-CRM
Built on the road,
for the people on it.
Made by working performers and shaped by real Saturdays, not sprint demos.
